- Plan Amendments. Between now and the end of year, FOX & LALONDE will
be amending
and possibly restating all of the flex plans we administer.
The amendments are
generated by the IRS's adoption of the final regulations for IRS §125. We will be contacting our flex clients in early November about the changes in their plan documents.documents.
